All orders will leave within 24 - 48 hours of the payment processing. In most cases orders are delivered within 7 - 10 working days in Australia. All orders are sent with Australia Post.

Anything sold from Pouch Scrunchies are All Sale Final. Meaning we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with your order number, details of the product and the defect.
